Procter & Gamble Inc., in conjunction with OPHEA (Ontario Physical and Health Education) and PHE Canada ( Physical and Health Education Canada), have worked to put together the materials offered in the Always Changing and Vibrant Faces programs, with the goal of providing educators with a user-friendly, state of the art, puberty education program.
This program was developed with the help and advice of educators, health professionals and students.

This program has been designed to help girls develop the skills required to lead active, healthy lifestyles by motivating them to become more physically active, enhancing self-esteem amongst female adolescents, and helping them develop healthy body images. |
