Puberty Education Program

Procter & Gamble Inc., in conjunction with OPHEA (Ontario Physical and Health Education) and PHE Canada ( Physical and Health Education Canada), have worked to put together the materials offered in the Always Changing and Vibrant Faces programs, with the goal of providing educators with a user-friendly, state of the art, puberty education program.

This program was developed with the help and advice of educators, health professionals and students.

The Always Changing Program – Grades 5 & 6

This Co-ed program provides you with the resources and teaching strategies to help students understand their changing bodies, the stages of puberty and the role of personal appearance in a positive self image.

Vibrant Faces Program - Grades 7 & 8

This program has been designed to help girls develop the skills required to lead active, healthy lifestyles by motivating them to become more physically active, enhancing self-esteem amongst female adolescents, and helping them develop healthy body images.
