I know how long girls cycles are suposed to be because my mom told me. When your just starting your periods its hard to tell about your cycle but if you write it down in a book when you star and continue doing that after 2 or more years you can tell what your cycle will be. Hopefully i helped you. its ok to ask your mom sometimes just to tell you.

I was wondering, how do you know how long your cycle is and is there certain foods you should eat to help with cramps?

the period predictor is for people that has already had their period.&nbsp I shows how long your cycle is and when it is about to come.&nbsp To see when your next period is going to be put that in after you click it then you put how long your cyle is and how long it lasts and it will give you a whole calender for the whole year of your period Sorry this is so long just it takes me a long time to get to my point

  Has anyone taken the period predictor. How do you access the predictor and what does it do. do you have to  have already had your period to properly take it or is it for starters?

My fav. feature is well everthing.But they should update the monthly hair tips for that Dlyan K. Hanson.He should put up something for us about curls.Cuz i need tips on how to get rid of my frizzy curl and make them look nice.And the back of my hair won't curl so he should post something like that to help me.And for those who don't have that curly hair but want it .Those are the kind of tips I'd like to see of the hair tips of the month.But that's just my opinion. =)
