1. Beinggirl.ca’s Celebrate Friendship! Spring Contest begins at 9:30 am EST on March 14, 2008 and
ends on June 30, 2008 at 11:59 pm EST.

2. To enter and qualify for Beinggirl.ca’s Celebrate Friendship! Spring Contest, visit Beinggirl.ca, log in and complete the on-line entry form. Confirm compliance with the contest rules by checking the appropriate box and submit your entry on-line.

3. The contest is open to all residents of Canada, who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Parental consent to participate is required if entrant is under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees of Procter & Gamble Inc. and their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, independent judging organization, or parties engaged in the development, production and distribution of materials related to this contest, and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

6. PRIZING:

First Prizes: There will be four (4) First Prizes awarded each consisting of one (1) Apple 16 GB iPod Touch† for you (approximate retail value of $419 CDN) and one (1) iPod Shuffle† for your friend (approximate retail value of $89 CDN), total approximate retail value of $508 CDN.

Secondary Prizes: There will be eight (8) Secondary Prizes awarded, each consisting of one (1) $300 CDN wardrobe shopping spree for you and one (1) $300 CDN wardrobe shopping spree for your friend, total value of $600 CDN. Prize to be awarded as a Gift Certificate redeemable at a Shopping Mall located within/near the winner’s city of residence (choice and location of Shopping Mall to be determined in Contest Sponsors’ sole discretion).

Third Prizes: There will be eight (8) Third Prizes awarded, each consisting of a manicure and pedicure package for you and two (2) friends, total value of $300 CDN. Prize to be awarded as a Gift Certificate redeemable at a Salon located within/near the winner’s city of residence (choice and location of Salon to be determined in Contest Sponsors’ sole discretion).

Fourth Prizes: There will be eight (8) Fourth Prizes awarded, each consisting of a dinner and a movie bundle for you and three (3) friends, total value of $160 CDN. Prize to be awarded as a Gift Certificate redeemable at a Movie Theatre located within/near the winner’s city of residence (choice and location of Movie Theatre Complex to be determined in Contest Sponsors’ sole discretion.)

Fifth Prizes: There will be twelve (12) Fifth Prizes awarded, each consisting of one (1) Sony BMG MusicPass for you and one (1) for each of your three (3) friends, total value $52 CDN.

7. Selection Process: Ten winners will be selected each month, by random draw, from among all eligible entries received by the draw dates. The draws will be held in Montréal, Québec at 10h00 AM EST on April 14, 2008, May 14, 2008, June 13, 2008 with the final draw on July 4, 2008. Winner of the First Prize will be selected first followed by selection of the Secondary Prize winners, then followed by selection of Third Prize winners; then followed by selection of Fourth Prize winners and Fifth Prize winners. Selected entrants will be contacted by telephone or email within 14 days after the draw. To be declared a winner, selected entrants (and/or their parent/legal guardian) must first complete a written declaration confirming compliance with the contest rules and correctly answer a mathematical, skill-testing question. Selected entrants must respond to the notification of having won the prize within 14 days after being contacted or an alternate winner will be selected. In the event the contest sponsors are unable to notify a selected entrant within 14 days of the draw, the selected entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received via the internet by the monthly draw date posted above.

8. No correspondence pertaining to this contest will be entered into except with potential winners. The sponsors accept no liability for printing errors on material distributed for this contest.

9. A Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability must be executed. Failure on the part of a selected entrant (and/or their parent/legal guardian) to complete, sign and return the affidavit by the deadline as noted on the release form, or return of any prize notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification of that person, and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Failure to correctly answer the skill testing question will result in disqualification, forfeiture of the prize and the random selection of an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries.

10. All entries become the property of Procter & Gamble Inc. who assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries, or for technical hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection, fraud, incomplete, failed or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a user's ability to participate in the contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond sponsor's control, corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest. In the event of early termination of the contest, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing to award all prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. Sponsor reserves the right to modify this contest or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the contest as determined by the sponsor, in its sole discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e. the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail address).

11. By entering this contest, winners agree to be governed by these rules, and consent to the use of their name and address (city only) in a winners' list. Winners further agree to allow the contest sponsors to use their name, address (city only), and photograph, without compensation, for advertising purposes related to this contest.

12. For Québec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des Alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
